See what AI can do

Turn the clerk of works' site notes and photos into the visit report

We take off your hands: typing up the visit report and captioning the photos after every site inspection.

You get: a draft visit report in your client's format with captioned photos, ready for your clerk of works to check and issue.

The problem

Our clerks of works spend more time typing reports than looking at the work.

How it works

  1. What comes in

    • Voice notes, photos, plans, client report template

  2. What AI does

Transcribes and structures observations, captions photos and drafts the report.

  3. What you get

    • Draft visit report with photo schedule

  4. Who signs it off

Your clerk of works confirms the observations and issues the report.

What it needs to work

  • Mobile capture and client templates

If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.

Who it’s for

  • Surveyors and cost consultants
