This is the gross value of the capacity returned, priced at your loaded hourly cost. It is not cash in the bank: it turns into money only where that time goes into work that earns, or work you would otherwise pay someone else to do.

The year is counted at 46 working weeks, after holidays and bank holidays. The value is shown as a range of plus or minus 20% because none of these inputs are precise. These are estimate bands, not a quote.

What could the Ongoing AI Partnership return?
One agreed workflow built or materially improved every month, from £6,000 + VAT a month with a six-month minimum. Each workflow keeps saving time for every month left in the term, so the hours stack up as the term runs. Your first prioritisation session sets the order.
Gross value of the capacity the live workflows return during the term, priced at your loaded hourly cost. It does not subtract your own internal time, third-party software or work scoped separately.

Supports the 2.2 hours a week reference for active generative AI users, and the distribution of reported weekly savings: 20.1% reported three hours and 20.5% reported four hours or more.
It does not support the calculator's three-hour default, which is a Built Logic planning assumption.

45.2% of employed respondents reported using generative AI for work. 6.3% of total work hours involved generative AI. Reported time savings represented 2.2% of total work hours.
The 2.2% figure covers all work hours across users and non-users. It is not the same measure as 2.2 hours saved per active user.

More than 40% of workers spend at least a quarter of their week on manual, repetitive tasks, and nearly 60% believe automation could save them six hours a week or more.
It supports the existence of substantial repetitive work. It does not support the hours each monthly workflow returns in calculator 03, which is a Built Logic planning assumption.
