How are you different from a big consultancy or a generic AI agency?
We have run UK construction businesses and built AI inside them; our founder ran construction companies and is MCIOB-qualified. So we start from how a contractor actually runs: bids and quotes, compliance, management reporting, the admin that drags across departments and sites. A large consultancy tends to hand over a strategy deck and step away; an agency tends to sell tools before anyone has asked whether they earn their place. Our team works out where AI repays the investment in your business, then builds only what holds up to that test.
What does it cost?
We don't publish prices, because cost depends on what your business needs once we've looked at it properly. Every engagement begins with a paid advisory that maps where AI repays the investment and where it doesn't, and we agree that fee with you before any work begins. From there we scope any build to the work worth doing. If the advisory can't make the case for AI in your business, we refund the advisory fee.
What if AI isn't the right answer for our business?
Then we tell you plainly. The advisory exists to find the honest answer, and sometimes that answer is that AI won't earn its keep in your business yet. If we reach that conclusion, we say so and refund the advisory fee, and you come away with a clear picture of where your time and money are better spent.
Is our business data safe?
Yes. We build governed AI with clear controls over what it can see and do, designed to keep your business from exposing its data. Your quotes, client records and job information stay where they should, and each system is given access only to what it needs to do the work. We'll walk you through exactly how that's handled before anything goes live.
Do we have to commit to a big build up front?
No. You start with the advisory, and we only take on implementation if it concludes AI is worth doing. From there we build in sequence, proving one system in the business before moving to the next, so you're never committing to a large programme on faith.
Will my team actually use what you build?
We plan for this from the start, because it's where most AI projects come undone. We build around the tools and workflows your team already uses rather than asking them to change how they work, and we train the people who'll run each system. By the time we step back, your team is operating it themselves.
