Where your data lives

Your data is hosted in the UK or EU.
Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
What we build runs on your own accounts, and you own it. There is no lock-in: if we stop working together, what we built stays with you.
We never ask for your passwords. We work through named user accounts you create, which you can remove at any time, or in supervised sessions.

Only the named people working on your project can see your data, and they are bound by confidentiality.
We do not put your staff's or customers' personal details into AI tools unless you agree in writing.
Every workflow we build ends with a person on your team checking and approving the output before it is used.
If a data breach affects your information, we tell you within 48 hours of becoming aware of it.
When the work ends, we delete or return your data within 30 days, as you choose, unless the law requires us to keep it, and confirm this in writing.

Built Logic Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Companies House no. 17273424) and with the Information Commissioner's Office (ref. ZC225746). We work under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
For personal data you share for a project, you remain the controller and we act as your processor, working only on your documented instructions.
Before any personal data is shared, we sign written data-processing terms that list every service that will handle it. We tell you before we change that list.
We review these commitments at least once a year.
