Questions
Can we book One-Day Training on its own?
Yes. One-Day Training is a standalone day for up to 10 people. There is no requirement to buy the Eight-Week Training Programme or commission a Feasibility Study.
What do the sessions cover?
Everyday work: emails, instructions, written work and repeat tasks. Documents: reports, specifications, contracts, meeting notes and research. Information and data: spreadsheets, comparisons, checks and analysis. Safe use: what can go into AI, what cannot, and where a person must check the answer. The subjects are agreed for your teams before any session is confirmed.
Do we need to provide confidential files?
No confidential files are needed for the first conversation. Suitable training material is agreed beforehand, including what can be used in the selected tools and what must stay out.
What if the teams have different experience?
You talk through roles and starting capability before the sessions are agreed. One-Day Training follows a standard programme. Tailored sessions use agreed examples from your business.
Is our data safe?
Your data is never used to train AI. Nothing confidential is needed to start, and what can go into the tools and what must stay out is agreed before the day.
