The problem

Changes come by text, email and conversations on site and half of them never make it onto the variations sheet.

How it works

    • Email inbox, WhatsApp chat exports, meeting minutes, RFI log, technical queries

  2. What AI does

    Classifies messages for change content, extracts who asked for what and when, checks the sender's authority under the contract, and creates draft register entries for confirmation.

  3. What you get

    • Live change register with source links, a daily list of new potential changes, and items lacking written instruction

  4. Who signs it off

    Your QS confirms the status of each entry, and whether an instruction is valid under the contract stays their call.

  • Access to relevant inboxes and chat exports, staff agreement on which channels are monitored, data protection review
