A fifth site, no extra QS hire.
When the fifth site started, the same team of 10 ran it, with no new hire.
Built Logic runs Microsoft Copilot training for UK construction companies, on your team’s own live work. One housebuilder trained its commercial and projects team of 10 on Microsoft 365 Copilot over 8 weeks, on what is now our AI Rollout. Seven repeat jobs went from 64 hours a week to 24. That’s 40 hours a week back, and it paid for itself in about 8 weeks.
All 10 now use it every week. In week 1, 2 of them had tried it.
A 30-minute call with Kristian Brown MCIOB, chartered construction manager. For construction businesses from about £750k turnover.
This is for you if your business runs on Microsoft 365 and you’ve bought Copilot licences, or you’re weighing them up. So how many of your team opened it last week?
Every licence nobody uses costs your P&L every month. Now picture your QS spending 45 minutes checking one subcontractor application. That’s profit gone, one application at a time.
One thing first: the free Copilot Chat isn’t enough. Everyone trained needs the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, which your company pays for.
Your team learns on its own live jobs, not a demo. At the housebuilder, directors went first, each team had a champion and everyone signed a one-page AI policy.
Then everyone learnt three checks before anything Copilot drafts leaves the office:
At the housebuilder, Copilot drafts 16 of the 27 task steps. The team decides the other 11.

The time to check one application.
Each site, each month.
The first check, in week 6, held £1,000 a plot on brickwork. That’s £24,000 on one site.
All of it runs on their own Microsoft 365. Client names stay private because some of our work is under NDA. Read the housebuilder case study.
The housebuilder’s 8 weeks is what we now sell as the AI Rollout. Most businesses start smaller, with one team on the AI Kickstart, then roll out once it’s proved. Pick your size.
Copilot licences are extra. See every Training price.
If you want someone to click through Copilot’s menus for an hour, this isn’t it. And if you’d rather the licences sat there than change how your jobs get run, save yourself the call.
You’re already paying for Microsoft 365 every month. If you want it showing up in your profit, not just your costs, book a Strategy Call. Bring the jobs that eat your team’s week, and you’ll leave knowing which size fits and what it costs.

No. Everyone trained needs the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, which your company controls and pays for. The housebuilder moved from free Copilot Chat to paid licences for the training.
No. The training runs on whichever paid business AI account your company has: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Team, ChatGPT Business or Gemini through Google Workspace. Personal plans don’t count.
On the AI Kickstart, it’s about an hour of pre-work each, a morning at your office and two 90-minute video calls, all on the jobs they’d be doing anyway. A Leadership 1:1 is one full day for one director. The AI Rollout runs over three months.
Yes, because everyone works on their own jobs. In week 1 of the housebuilder’s AI Rollout, 2 of the 10 had tried Copilot. By the end, all 10 used it every week, and average confidence went from 3.4 to 7.6 out of 10.
Leadership 1:1 is £1,500 + VAT, the AI Kickstart £3,950 + VAT for up to 10 people, and the AI Rollout £13,950, £16,950 or £19,950 + VAT for up to 10, 15 or 20 people. Copilot licences are on top.
