You pay £500 + VAT to reserve it, with £1,500 + VAT due on delivery. Building the wrong thing costs far more. Start the AI Partnership within 30 days and the full fee comes off your first month’s invoice.
“I don’t want to lose the team for a day for this.”
You don’t need to pull a team off. We need one person for half a day, to show us the areas we agreed beforehand.
“How do I know your numbers aren’t just guesses?”
They come from your company’s own data and industry figures. Every assumption is clearly listed in the report.
“We don’t want to hand over all our company data.”
You won’t need to. In the preparation meeting we agree the areas, and we only ask for information in those areas. NDAs are signed prior.

The four-week outline depends on the agreed visit date and records being ready. The written study follows within 10 days of the visit.

What if the numbers say don’t do it?
Then you’ve spent £2,000 to avoid spending a lot more on something that wouldn’t pay. “Not yet” and “don’t” are valid answers, and we say them plainly.
We can’t lose people for days.
You won’t. Before the visit, we need one person who knows the chosen areas for a one-hour meeting. On the day, the people who run each process walk us through how they do it, planned around their work.
What happens to our information?
Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s. We never ask for your passwords, and walkthroughs are supervised. Only the named people working on your project can see your data. How we protect your data.
Is a study required before training or a build?
No. Training and a clearly defined build can be booked directly. The study is for when you want to know whether AI will pay back before you commit to it.
Is this for any business?
No. It is for established companies in the construction industry: contractors (main, fit-out, M&E and specialist), housebuilders and developers, QS and cost consultants, building surveyors, project managers and employer’s agents, and manufacturers, merchants and hire companies. The test is whether enough work flows through the business for AI to pay back, not headcount.
Where does the day take place?
At your premises, anywhere in the UK, with the people who do the work. UK travel is included in the fee. We can also come to you in Europe, with travel charged on top. Who we speak to, and what they show us, is agreed on the call.
