What you get

What's in your Map

This isn't a list of AI ideas for your sector. It's built around your company.

Three tailored opportunities for your company

Where AI fits your business specifically, drawn from your answers, your website and public information about your company.

How AI can benefit your company

What each opportunity could mean in time and money, with the assumptions behind every figure shown.

Which area we recommend you start with

The one we would investigate first, and why it comes ahead of the other two.

What needs checking before you spend money

The facts to verify before anything is built, so nothing is bought on guesswork.

Process

How it works

1. Request your Map.

Tell us where to send it and the questionnaire opens straight after. The Map is £497 + VAT, and we confirm payment with you before we start building it.

2. Tell us how the business runs.

A short questionnaire on priorities, workload and how work moves through the business. Mostly multiple choice, and takes about three minutes.

3. We research your company and build your Map.

We check your answers against your website and public information, so the Map reflects your business rather than a generic list.

4. Your Map arrives by email, with a short video walking you through it.

No call required and no obligation. Watch it with your team and decide whether the first opportunity is worth investigating.

Fit

Who it's for

Established construction and built-environment companies:

  • Main and principal contractors
  • M&E and building services
  • Civil engineering and infrastructure
  • Fit-out and refurbishment
  • Housebuilders and developers
  • Property and real estate
  • Built-environment consultancies
  • Facilities management

Whichever segment you sit in, it's for companies that want more capacity without simply hiring more people, and a measurable return rather than cheap experimentation.

Why us

Why Built Logic

One sector: the Built Environment

We only work with construction and Built Environment companies, from contractors and housebuilders to consultancies and facilities management. That focus means we already know how your business runs before the first conversation.

An Honest Verdict.

AI does not improve a company by default. If you skip the process, it becomes an expensive distraction, not a profit driver. If we do not see AI making a difference for your company, we tell you straight away.

You retain IP

We build the systems on your company accounts, then integrate them with the tools and working practices your business already uses.

Questions

The Map is £497 + VAT. No obligation, and no call unless you ask for one.

About three minutes. Mostly multiple choice, and “Not sure” is always an acceptable answer.

From your answers, website and relevant public information. Every Map is reviewed before it is sent.

They are estimates, with the assumptions shown. They show what looks worth investigating, not proven returns.

No. We don't need system access, logins, project files or commercially sensitive documents.

No. The Map is yours to use. If you want help validating an opportunity, reply to the email that delivers it. If you want the numbers validated properly, the next step is the AI Feasibility Study: an in-depth assessment carried out inside your company, with your team and your real numbers.

No. It's a high-level first pass to show where AI may be worth pursuing, before you spend money on a feasibility study.
