It starts with a six-month minimum, with the scope agreed beforehand and progress reviewed throughout. One process is built or improved every month, and the focus is on the changes that matter, bedded in properly. You’ll need people who can agree priorities, give access and test each change.

Questions
Do we need to complete a study first?
The partnership usually follows a Feasibility Study or a first build that sets the priorities. Training or a defined build can be a first engagement where the requirement is clear.
How do you decide what to work on?
Work is prioritised by commercial value, readiness and what can be put into use properly. Each month’s review shows what should move next and what needs more design, testing or approval.
How does training fit around the builds?
Training runs alongside the work, so your teams build the practical skills, checks and judgement for the tools and ways of working being introduced.
Is support unlimited?
No. What is included each month is agreed in writing before work starts.
What should be agreed before we sign?
The people covered, work included, fee and support are agreed in writing. The minimum term is six months. After that it carries on month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. The full terms are in our terms of business.
