See what AI can do

Find alarms still on copper lines and plan their move before switch-off

We take off your hands: going through maintenance records, receiving centre lists and monitoring invoices to find every alarm still on an old line.

You get: a register of affected sites by customer, ranked by risk, with draft letters and upgrade quotes for your service manager to approve, and a progress report.

The problem

We don't actually know how many of our customers' alarms will go silent when the phone lines are switched off.

How it works

  1. What comes in

    • Maintenance and asset records, alarm receiving centre account lists, monitoring invoices, communicator models, customer contracts
  2. What AI does

Matches sites across the three sources, identifies line type and communicator, ranks by risk, drafts letters and quotes, and tracks bookings and test results.

  3. What you get

    • Migration register by customer, risk ranking, draft letters and quotes, and a progress report
  4. Who signs it off

Your engineers survey and commission the new signalling. Your service manager approves the quotes and which customers go first.

What it needs to work

  • Access to receiving centre account data and reasonably complete asset records

If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.

Who it’s for

  • Specialist subcontractors
