See what AI can do

Suggest a priority for each tenant repair and flag Awaab's Law hazards

We take off your hands: reading each tenant repair request and its photos to suggest the priority, trade and deadline, and flag possible hazards.

You get: a suggested priority, trade and deadline for each request, with hazard flags and reasons, for your coordinator to confirm before dispatch.

The problem

Half our emergency call-outs turn out to be routine, and the real emergencies aren't always spotted.

How it works

  1. What comes in

    • Tenant description, photos or video, property and asset data, the landlord's priority definitions and schedule of rates, repair history for the home
  2. What AI does

Classifies the fault and trade, matches it to the landlord's priority codes, scores hazard indicators against Awaab's Law categories, and proposes priority, deadline and any questions to ask the tenant.

  3. What you get

    • A suggested priority, trade and deadline for each request, hazard flags with reasons, and a queue for the coordinator to confirm
  4. Who signs it off

Your coordinator confirms every priority. Possible emergencies go to a supervisor at once, and the landlord stays the duty holder.

What it needs to work

  • Access to the landlord's request feed and priority rules, and tenant photos where available

If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.

Who it’s for

  • Main contractors
  • Specialist subcontractors
