Built Logic

See what AI can do

Sort a property portfolio into desktop rebuild reviews and inspections

We take off your hands: going through a client's schedule of buildings to find which rebuild figures are out of date and which need a visit.

You get: a table ranking each building by likely underinsurance, a proposed inspection programme with fees and a client summary, for your surveyor to propose.

The problem

Our client has hundreds of buildings and no idea which rebuild figures are badly out of date.

How it works

  1. What comes in

    • Schedule of insured properties, sums insured, previous reports, floor areas, construction type, BCIS indices
  2. What AI does

Cleans the schedule, indexes previous figures, estimates current rebuild ranges, flags anomalies and missing data, and ranks buildings for desktop review or inspection.

  3. What you get

    • Ranked exposure table, proposed inspection programme and fee schedule, client summary
  4. Who signs it off

Your surveyor sets the inspection rules and signs every reinstatement figure issued.

What it needs to work

  • Client schedule with floor areas
  • Licensed BCIS data

If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.

Who it’s for

  • Surveyors and cost consultants
