Built Logic

See what AI can do

Plan the concrete frame floor cycle and show each week where it is slipping

We take off your hands: tracking each floor's formwork, rebar, inspections, pour and striking against the planned cycle.

You get: a weekly cycle report by floor with the cause of each slip, and a look-ahead of the next three floors with risks, for your frame manager.

The problem

We only know the floor cycle has slipped when the main contractor tells us.

How it works

  1. What comes in

    • The frame programme and pour sequence, supervisor daily reports, inspection sign-offs, concrete sensor data, rebar and concrete delivery bookings, gang plans
  2. What AI does

Builds the cycle plan per floor, tracks each step's start and finish from daily reports and sensor data, measures actual against target cycle time and names the cause of each slip.

  3. What you get

    • A weekly cycle report by floor, causes of slippage, and a look-ahead of the next three floors with risks
  4. Who signs it off

Your frame manager decides labour, formwork and sequence changes, and temporary works decisions stay with the temporary works coordinator.

What it needs to work

  • Supervisors reporting daily in a set format
  • Access to sensor and delivery data where used

If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.

Who it’s for

  • Main contractors
  • Specialist subcontractors
