Plan next week's gangs, scaffold and access across live jobs
We take off your hands: working out who goes where next week by skill and card, and flagging clashes and gaps.
You get: a draft gang plan by job with clashes, missing cards and uncovered jobs flagged, plus a labour forecast, for your contracts manager to decide.

The problem
Every Friday we juggle who goes where next week, and Monday still goes wrong.
How it works
What comes in
- Live job list, main contractors' programmes and call-offs, operative list with skills, CSCS or CISRS cards and holidays, current week's plan, site addresses
What AI does
Matches requested crews to available operatives by skill, card and location, drafts the plan, highlights clashes and gaps, and forecasts demand against headcount for the next four to eight weeks.
What you get
- Draft weekly gang plan by job, a gaps and clashes list, messages to operatives once approved, and a labour demand forecast
Who signs it off
Your contracts manager decides the final plan and who covers any shortfall, including any use of agency labour.
What it needs to work
- An up-to-date operative list with skills and card expiries
- Job dates from programmes or call-offs, which main contractors change often
If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.
Who it’s for
- Main contractors
- Specialist subcontractors
