  2. What AI does

    Matches certificates, jobs and invoices by site, date and reference, and lists the gaps by age and value.

  3. What you get

    • Unbilled certificate list, invoices missing certificates, stalled drafts by engineer

  4. Who signs it off

    Your accounts team raises invoices after checking, and engineers finish any stalled certificates.
