Check a repairer's estimate against the agreed scope and rates
We take off your hands: going through each repairer's estimate line by line against your schedule of works and agreed rates.
You get: a marked-up estimate flagging lines out of scope, over quantity, over rate or betterment, with draft queries, for your surveyor to agree, query or reject.

The problem
Checking every repairer's estimate against our schedule eats the time we should spend on site.
How it works
What comes in
- The surveyor's schedule of reinstatement works, agreed rate schedule or licensed cost data, the repairer's estimate, policy cover notes
What AI does
Extracts estimate lines, matches them to the schedule items, compares quantities and rates, identifies lines with no matching scope and likely betterment or wear, and totals the differences.
What you get
- A marked-up estimate, a variance table by item, and a draft query list for the repairer
Who signs it off
Your building surveyor decides what is reasonable and agrees the figure. Cover and liability decisions stay with the insurer or loss adjuster.
What it needs to work
- A structured schedule of works
- A rate schedule or licensed cost data the practice is allowed to use
If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.
Who it’s for
- Surveyors and cost consultants
