This week's toolbox talk, about what happened on your site
Tell it the job, the trade, the site and what happened this week. AI writes a 5 or 10 minute talk about that, with check questions and the answers. Read it out from your phone, translate it for anyone who needs it, and get the sign-in sheet signed.

A talk your team actually listens to
The same talk every month gets ignored. A talk about the tool bag left on your parapet last Tuesday doesn't.
Starts from this week
Type in the near miss, the accident or what the inspection found. The talk opens with what happened, why it matters and what changes from today.
Knows your trade and your site
An HVAC team on an occupied office roof gets the lift, the isolation and the people below. Not a talk about roofs in general.
Proves they listened
Three to five check questions with the answers, a box for your supervisor to sign, and a sign-in sheet as a fillable PDF and a CSV register.
Works for the whole team
Read it out from your phone. Translate it side by side into ten languages. Your team scan a QR code to read the key points on their own phone.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no card. There's a daily limit per email to keep the AI costs down.
Can it write the talk from my own RAMS?
Yes. Paste your RAMS into "Use your RAMS" and the talk is built from its hazards and controls, with the same figures.
What should I talk about next week?
Every talk you write is saved on this device. The tool looks at your last eight weeks of talks and suggests a topic you haven't covered, or one that fits the time of year.
Is the translation reliable?
It's machine translation, and it says so on the page and the printout. The English sits next to it so you can follow along. Get a fluent speaker to check it before you rely on it.
Who checks the talk?
Your supervisor or competent person. The talk has a box for their name, role and date.
Where does my information go?
Your talks are saved in this browser, on this device. To write the talk, your answers go to Built Logic's AI provider and Built Logic doesn't keep them. Built Logic keeps your work email, for the daily limit and to get in touch about building this into your own system.
I need a full RAMS
That's a separate tool. The free RAMS generator asks about the job, the site and the hazards, then writes the RAMS on your letterhead.
Want a talk for every site, every week, without the chasing?
Talks written from the RAMS in your own system, sent to each supervisor, with the signed sheets filed for you. The Feasibility Study puts a figure on the time it saves before you spend a penny on a build.
Find out if it pays backThe talk is a draft written from your answers by an automated tool. Your supervisor or a competent person needs to check it against the site before it's given. Built Logic doesn't visit the site or check your answers.
