  • Week 2: a one-hour preparation meeting, a week before the visit.
  • Week 3: half a day on site.
  • Week 4: your written study and a findings discussion.

Why pay £2,000 for a study?

Building the wrong thing costs far more. You pay £500 + VAT to reserve it, with £1,500 + VAT due on delivery.

I can’t lose the team for a day.

You don’t need to pull a team off. We need one person for half a day.

How do I know the numbers aren’t guesses?

They come from your company’s own data and industry figures. Every assumption is listed in the report, so you can check it and change it.

We don’t want to hand over all our data.

We agree the areas in the preparation meeting and only ask for information in those areas. The NDA is signed first.

What if the numbers say don’t do it?

Then you’ve spent £2,000 to avoid spending a lot more on something that wouldn’t pay.
