See what AI can do

Pick the right access machine for the height, reach, load and site

We take off your hands: working out which access platform will reach, carry the load and fit the site for every hire enquiry.

You get: a first-choice machine, an alternative, machines to avoid and why, and the questions still to ask, for your hire desk to confirm with the customer.

The problem

We send the wrong machine and it comes back the same day because it won't reach or won't fit.

How it works

  1. What comes in

    • Enquiry, site photos, the IPAF site assessment form if completed, manufacturers' load charts and dimensions, fleet availability
  2. What AI does

Extracts the task details, checks each candidate model against height, outreach at the platform load, weight, width and ground limits, and ranks the suitable machines.

  3. What you get

    • A first choice, an alternative, machines to avoid with reasons, and the questions still to ask the customer
  4. Who signs it off

Your hire desk confirms the choice with the customer. The customer's competent person stays responsible for the work at height and rescue plans.

What it needs to work

  • Accurate load charts and dimensions for each model in the fleet

If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.

Who it’s for

  • Manufacturers and suppliers
