See what AI can do

Check your PQQ evidence against a new Common Assessment Standard and list the gaps

We take off your hands: going through every new or changed Common Assessment Standard question to see which answers and evidence still stand.

You get: a gap list by section with owners and due dates, draft answers for new questions and an evidence request list, for your accreditation owner.

The problem

Every time the PQQ questions change we only find out what we are missing when the assessor asks.

How it works

  1. What comes in

    • Published question set and guidance, the company's last certified submission, policies, certificates and evidence library
  2. What AI does

Matches each new or changed question to existing answers and evidence, marks it covered, partly covered or missing, and drafts the missing answers from the company's own records for review.

  3. What you get

    • Gap list by section with owners and due dates, draft answers for new questions, and an evidence request list
  4. Who signs it off

Your accreditation owner and a competent person check every answer and its evidence. A director signs the company's declaration.

What it needs to work

  • A maintained evidence library
  • Access to the published question set from Build UK or the assessment body

If those aren’t in place yet, you’ll hear that before anything gets built.

Who it’s for

  • Main contractors
  • Specialist subcontractors
  • Manufacturers and suppliers
