What the numbers say.

01 / The gap

88%

of UK construction businesses with five or more staff neither use AI nor plan to, higher than any other major sector, and above the 80% across all UK businesses.

DSIT AI Adoption Research, 2026

02 / The drift

−0.1%

Construction productivity has fallen slightly every year since 1997. Manufacturing rose about 3.5% a year over the same period.

Oxford Economics / CPA, 2025

03 / The waste

£21bn

a year lost across UK construction to getting it wrong twice. That is around a fifth of project cost.

Get It Right Initiative

04 / The squeeze

41,200

extra workers UK construction needs every year to 2030.

AI takes load off the team you already have.

CITB Construction Workforce Outlook 2026–30

Control room

A Built Logic agent workflow mapped as connected stages from a scheduled trigger through preflight, sweep, fit gates, qualification, consensus and readback.
A live agent from our own operation, mapped stage by stage in the Built Logic control room.

The team behind the work.

Delivered by a core team and specialist delivery network across construction, technical delivery and client support.

  1. Construction and commercial

Your processes are read by people who know how construction money moves.

  2. Workflow and solution design

Your current way of working is mapped before anything is designed, with the assumptions written down.

  3. Technical development

Working software, built and handed over so your business owns it.

  4. Integrations and data

Your systems talk to the tools your team already uses, so nothing is keyed in twice.

  5. Testing and quality assurance

Nothing reaches your team until it has been tested against real cases.

  6. Build

A staged rollout, so the change proves itself in one area before it spreads.

  7. Training and adoption

Your people are trained until the system is part of how they work, in the office and on site.

  8. Integration

A named contact who knows your business and owns any issue that comes up.

Who works on an engagement depends on what is being built. You get the construction, technical and integration expertise the problem needs, rather than one generalist covering all of it. Every output is reviewed before it leaves Built Logic.

Control room

A second agent workflow: preflight safety gate, scanning approved sources, resolving and merging entities, arbitrating one opportunity and a governed write.
Every build runs as governed stages. Safety gates first, one decision per step, nothing written without a readback.

Leadership.
