Built Logic Built Environment AI Partner

The AI specialists who already understand your business.

Most AI advisers are explaining your industry back to you. We already understand how your business runs, and we build the AI that does real work inside it. We work only with established companies that want the AI side built properly, the first time.

My whole career has been in property and the built environment. Close to fifteen years of it, and I am MCIOB qualified. I learned where the money really goes in this industry, and where it quietly leaks. I know where AI earns its place in that picture and where it does not. If AI is the wrong answer for what you are facing, I will tell you before you commit to it. What keeps me here is simple. This is an industry that has barely changed in decades, and the change is finally worth having.

My whole career has been in property. Developing homes, selling them, designing the spaces people actually live in. So I know what it feels like to be the client waiting on an answer, and I know the work only counts if the people behind it stay close. That part is mine at Built Logic: how you are brought on, how you are kept informed, and who you reach when something matters. The best relationships I have built never started with a sales pitch. They started with trust, and with doing what I said I would. You will always have a named person here who knows your business and actually picks up.

What we believe

Four principles, applied to every project.

Most AI work in the built environment fails quietly. Nobody switches it off, they just stop using it. These four principles are built to keep that from happening to you.

01

Diagnose before you build.

Most AI advice starts with what to build. We start with where it's worth building. The first thing you get from us is a written diagnostic, not a list of things to build.

02

Build for how the team works.

A way of working that fits your business beats a system that fits the software. We build for how your team actually works, not for what the software company has planned next.

03

Train the people who'll be left with it.

The best system is worthless if your team won't touch it. We train the people who'll be left running it, across the office, project teams, and site, until it's part of how they work, not something they tolerate.

04

Embedded in the day-to-day.

Most AI implementation projects break the day the advisor walks out. We stay involved after the build, providing ongoing support to your team so the system stays in place and adapts as the business changes around it.

What the numbers say.

01 / The gap

88%

of UK construction businesses neither use AI nor plan to, higher than any other major sector, and above the 80% across all UK businesses.

DSIT AI Adoption Research, 2026

02 / The drift

−0.1%

a year since 1997. Manufacturing rose about 3.5% a year over the same period. Construction simply hasn't got more efficient.

Oxford Economics / CPA, 2025

03 / The waste

£10–25bn

lost to avoidable error and rework across UK construction every year, as much as a fifth of a project's value, gone to getting it wrong twice.

Get It Right Initiative · industry research

04 / The squeeze

47,860

extra workers UK construction needs every year to 2029, and AI takes load off the team you already have, not the one you can't hire.

This isn't theory for us. We have a built-environment company in live delivery right now, the diagnostic delivered and the build in progress. The moment the results are ours to share, they'll be the first thing on this page.
