## Commercial terms

- From £2,997 + VAT for one company or one defined business unit. The exact fee is set when scope and fit are confirmed, before any payment.
- Payment: card, invoice or purchase order, paid in full on booking. Prices exclude VAT.
- The full study fee is credited against your first Build or a separate ongoing engagement if you proceed within 30 days of the study being delivered.
- The Build itself is never priced before the study is complete; the study sets the scope, and the Build is priced in writing straight after it.

## What we need from you

A few focused hours from the team members in the department, a few hours with your people when we visit the company, and some brief follow-up conversations with the team after.

## Common questions

**Is this for any business?** No. It's for established construction and built-environment companies, typically 10+ staff, with enough work flowing through the business for AI to pay back.

**Do I need to already be using AI?** No. Most companies come to us after trying tools like ChatGPT or asking staff to use AI, and finding it hasn't moved the needle.
